Priestess Training: Divination
with Z Budapest
April 23 - 25, 2010
Woodstock, NY
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Grandmother of the Goddess Movement Leads Intensive in Priestess Training and Divination at the Wise Woman Center
Zsuzsanna Budapest, “grandmother of the goddess movement,” has led rituals, lectured, taught classes, given workshops, written articles tirelessly, and published in hundreds of women’s newspapers across the country for many decades. She has powerfully influenced many of the future teachers and writers about the Goddess. Z. Budapest wrote The Holy Book of Women’s Mysteries which was originally published in 1975 as The Feminist Book of Lights and Shadows. This book served as the first hands-on book to lead women into their own spiritual/Goddess heritage. To learn more visit www.zbudapest.com.
Z was arrested in 1975 for reading Tarot cards to an undercover policewoman. She lost the trial, but won the issue, and the law against psychics was eventually struck down as a result. What could be better than to learn divination from the woman whose actions made giving Tarot readings legal? Z invites all women to “join our magic circle: Spiral into the center of your spirit, the lap of the grandmothers, and the heart of the mother. Sing and talk, share healing, make high magic, and surprise yourself with joy.”
You will experience prophesy and self-discovery through the Tarot with Z Budapest – the Queen of Tarot Readings. Bring your own tarot deck – Everybody gets their cards read.
This three-day intensive is taught on April 23-25, 2010, at the Wise Woman Center in Woodstock NY. The class begins Friday at noon and ends Sunday at 4 p.m. The cost for the intensive is $500.00 which includes lodging, meals, instruction and rituals. You will be given directions once you register.
