Keynote Speaker at First Southeast Women’s Herbal Conference

We're delighted to announce the first annual Southeast Women's Herbal
Conference this September 16-18th! The conference will take place in
Black Mountain, NC, at a location near Asheville, NC and Earthaven Ecovillage.
Susun Weed will be the keynote speaker, joined by a wonderful group
of leading women herbalists from all around the Southeast. For at least
ten years, the other regions of the country have held women's herbal
conferences--California, the Northeast, and the Southwest. The time
has come for our region to join in this powerful and vital tradition!
Workshops will include plant walks, herbs for women's health, herbal
medicine-making, menopause, midwifery, sexuality, and more.
The first annual Southeast Women's Herbal Conference will be held Camp
Merrimac in Black Mountain, NC, September 16-18, 2005.
The cost, which includes camping, is $190 if registered by August 15th,
$250 thereafter. A weekend meal ticket is available for $48. Upgrades
