Exchange Fee

If you would like to exchange your course for another one, there is a $25 fee. Return the course material by snail mail and we will exchange your course for another one. Be sure to indicate which course you want. 30 day limit on exchanges (and only one exchange) please!

Cancellation Fee

If you have received your course and are dissatisfied or have changed your mind, you may have a refund. However, there is a non-negotiable refund fee of $50. You must ask to cancel your course within 60 days to qualify for a refund! Contact us by email or mail to make arrangements.
