St. Joan’s Wort, blooming at the summer solstice, connects us to the soul of who we are. In this presentation, I will offer guidance to connect with the St. Joan’s Wort plant for healing and transformation. This process, which I call shamanic listening is simple and deep. I’ll also share about how this plant has supported me through all kinds of transitions and how to prepare it simply in your kitchen. It is so inspiring that a plant such as St. Joan’s Wort, that grows in disturbed areas and is thought to be invasive, can transform us so easily.
